Tiger is a bird

Specifically, he's a parakeet... probably a Budgerigar of Australian decent. Mostly, he eats a lots of seeds and makes a lot of noise. This one is Davina's, named Tiger. We will be getting a cage-mate for Tiger this week or so, to replace one, Blueberry, who passed on to the big birdcage in the sky.

Baby's not quite done grown yet, but is certainly well on her way. Onto Junior High and new challenges...

Nathan's 2nd Birthday

The day was Saturday June 9. It was a pleasant day, and outside of the usual hustle of and bustle of the city, life was normal...

wait, wake up, Vince... argh, it's full on birthday party mania at the Thai house. Lots to do and prepare, which Bobi manages with aplomb as usual.

In the end, I just needed to set the cake (and eat it too).

Senseless thoughts

Wow, it's June and nearly half the year is over. Seems I say this more frequently as I get older, each passing year speeds by faster and faster. But then again, it could be that I am enjoying it more, and as they say, time flies when you are having fun. One thing I must do is to endeavor to update this blog more often. Documenting life helps to keep you in the moment.
